Pedro Marques

Pedro Marques has extensive experience in the elevator and escalator industry, having worked at TK Elevator since 2002 in various leadership roles, including Head of CSCmod IBA - Cluster South and Head of the Technical Department. Pedro oversees contract engineering, technical studies, and product standardization, managing teams of engineers and specializing in technical training and support. Key responsibilities have included the implementation of predictive maintenance projects, integration of contact center services, and development of energy-efficient products. Previously, Pedro worked as a consultant for BioRotor Project and managed independent IT activities. Pedro holds a Licenciatura in Electrotechnical Engineering and Computers from Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade NOVA de Lisboa.
