Philip Kastrup

Philip Kastrup serves as the Head of Global HR at TK Elevator since August 2020. Prior to this role, Philip held multiple senior positions at thyssenkrupp from September 2013 to July 2020, including Head of HR for Automotive Technology and the Business Unit Camshafts, as well as overseeing HR transformation initiatives. Philip's career began at thyssenkrupp Management Consulting as a Senior Consultant, followed by a Management Trainee role at thyssenkrupp and thyssenkrupp Materials NA in 2008. Philip's educational background includes an Advanced Human Resource Executive Program from the University of Michigan, a course on Accelerating HR Impact on Business Strategy at Hult Ashridge Executive Education, Leading High-Performing Businesses at ESMT Berlin, and a Diplom-Ökonom in Economics from Ruhr University Bochum.
