Philip Martin

Philip Martin is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the elevator and HVAC industries. Currently serving as District General Manager at TK Elevator since July 2022, Philip previously held various roles at Johnson Controls, including Sales Manager for both HVAC, Controls & Digital Solutions and Fire Protection, where responsibilities included managing $20 million in annual sales. Philip began tenure at TK Elevator in 2015 as Branch Manager for Seattle Downtown, overseeing $8 million in annual operating revenue and a team of 24 personnel. Earlier career experiences include managing profit and loss operations at Schindler Elevator Corporation, where financial performance for the Western Washington branch reached $18 million, and serving as Territory Sales Manager at Altria, managing 165 retail stores. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. from Boise State University and a B.A. in Finance from the UW Foster School of Business.
