Ralph Bründel is an experienced engineering manager focused on R&D program and department leadership, with expertise in acoustics, vibration, quality, and testing. With over 25 years of experience, they have served as a project leader at GERB Schwingungsisolierungen GmbH from 2009 to 2011, and are currently the Head of Competence Centre Acoustic / NVH at thyssenkrupp Steering since 2011.
