Roberto Perez

Roberto Perez has extensive work experience in the field of HR IT. Roberto started their career at Fraunhofer IPA as an intern. In 2006, they joined NGA Human Resources and held various roles such as SAP SuccessFactors & SAP HCM Expert, Support for the NGA Sales Team, and SAP SuccessFactors Lead Consultant. From 2012 to 2015, Roberto worked as an SAP HCM Implementation Architect & Global Technical Lead, where they were responsible for implementing modules for 13,000 employees in 24 European countries. Roberto then joined TK Elevator in 2021, initially as a Global HR IT Application Manager, and later as the Global HR IT Team Lead, where they led and coordinated the Global HR Systems L2 Support Team. Roberto's experience includes analyzing business requirements, collaborating with software providers and stakeholders, providing technical and functional support, and integrating HR business applications into the overall HR IT system landscape.
