Scott Lummus

Scott Lummus has extensive experience in payroll and HRIS roles. Scott most recently worked as the Director of Global Payroll & HRIS at TK Elevator starting in July 2023. Prior to that, they were the Director of Payroll at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC from November 2020 to July 2023.

Before that, Scott held various leadership positions at Inspire Brands from 2018 to 2020, including Vice President and Senior Director of Payroll Services. In these roles, they were responsible for centralization and consolidation for brand acquisitions and divestitures, payroll production for US and Canadian operations, G/L reconciliations, customer service metrics, vendor contract negotiations, staff development and training, HCM system development and enhancements, SUI rate analysis and planning, annual payroll budget achievement, and development and implementation of G/L integrations.

Scott also has prior experience as a Director of Payroll Services at Arby's Restaurant Group, Inc. and Wendy's/Arby's Group, Inc., as well as a Director of Employee Services at Elavon, Inc. (formerly Nova Information Systems).

Scott Lummus obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Georgia State University between 1992 and 1996. Scott also holds a certification as a Certified Payroll Professional from the American Payroll Association, although the exact year it was obtained is unknown.
