Sheila Rivera

Sheila Rivera, MS, is a bilingual Human Resources Director currently working at TK Elevator. Previously, Rivera served as the Human Resources Director at Hollman, Inc., where they contributed to operational development and client satisfaction. With extensive experience in various HR roles, including Project Manager and HR Generalist, Rivera has a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and quality assurance. Rivera holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico.
