Stefanie Heidester

Stefanie Heidester currently serves as CHRO for Europe and Africa at TK Elevator, a position held since February 2011, where previous roles included HR Director for the Middle East and HR Manager. Prior to joining TK Elevator, Stefanie worked at Depa Ltd from November 2008 to February 2011, holding positions such as HR Manager, Group Talent Development Manager, and Assistant HR Manager focused on Internal Communication and Knowledge Management. Stefanie holds a Master of Science in Managing People, Knowledge and Change from Lund University and a Bachelor of Science in European Business Studies from the University of Applied Sciences Regensburg.
