Steven Bin CAI

Steven Bin Cai is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Quality VP for Asia Pacific at TK Elevator. Previously, Steven held various leadership roles at KONE and OTIS Elevator, including Head of Service and General Manager positions, overseeing full P&L responsibilities. Steven's early career included positions at HILTI and an entry-level role in Shanghai. Steven graduated with distinction from the Asian Institute of Management with a Master’s Degree in Management and holds a Bachelor's degree in Machine Building from the Suzhou Institute of Silk Textile Technology.
