Susan Su has over 15 years of professional experience in a broad human resources function, currently serving as the Head of Digital HR and HRSSC for APAC. They have previously held roles including HR Manager for Philips Sound Solution APAC, Staffing Manager for Flextronics International Ltd, and Senior HR Manager at Philips. Susan also led the HR shared service center and spearheaded HR digital transformation initiatives at TK Elevator from 2014 to 2021.
