Tamara Ojeda

Tamara Ojeda, PHR has a strong background in talent acquisition and performance management. Tamara is currently working as the Lead, Sr. Recruiter at TK Elevator. Prior to this, they were the Sr. Talent and Performance Management Partner at Synovus Bank from 2018 to 2022. In this role, they supported talent and performance management processes, served as a subject matter expert on talent management, and provided recommendations for internal mobility options for high potential talent. Tamara also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business from the University of Phoenix, Atlanta. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained certifications in Business Writing Fundamentals from LinkedIn in 2016 and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI.
