Previously, Thomas held leadership roles in business transformation and procurement across multiple regions, including strategic procurement for the UK, Ireland, and Benelux. With extensive experience in developing procurement strategies, managing supply chain initiatives, and leading cross-functional projects, Thomas has successfully implemented process improvements at various organizations, including Farm Frites, SHV, FrieslandCampina, AkzoNobel, and Yacht. Thomas holds an MBA from TIAS School for Business and Society and certifications in Lean Six Sigma and CSR, with ongoing executive education in Digital Strategy and Leadership from the Rotterdam School of Management.
