Tom Blanc

Tom Blanc, MBA, is a seasoned professional in the elevator industry with extensive experience in sales and modernization projects. Currently a Modernization Sales Executive for TK Elevator since March 2022, Tom previously served as a Senior Modernization Representative and Modernization Sales Representative at Schindler, following multiple roles at Otis Elevator Co. from 2014 to 2019, where key contributions included conducting elevator surveys and collaborating on large-scale bids. Tom's early career features diverse roles in finance and market research, including internships at Intel Corporation, where strategic marketing analyses were presented to senior executives, and several financial analysis positions with organizations such as Corporacion Chile Derechos and Italian Association Cesvi. Tom holds an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from SMU Cox School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
