Mark Hicken

Mark Hicken has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Mark is currently serving as the CFO at Sonsray Inc since October 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer at TK Services Inc. / Sonsray Machinery LLC, starting in July 2011. Mark also worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Paramount Global Inc from January 2022 to October 2022. Earlier in their career, Mark Hicken served as the CFO at SADDLESPRINGS BEVERAGE CO, where they were responsible for financial budget projections, establishing factoring relationships, and raising capital. Mark also worked as a Broker/Owner at ADVANTAGE HOME SOLUTIONS LLC, negotiating discounts on distressed mortgages and providing foreclosure prevention options to homeowners. Additionally, Mark Hicken held leadership positions as the President at PRINTER ESSENTIALS, INC, overseeing team expansion and revenue growth, and as the Vice President at PICTAGE, INC, managing financial aspects including GAAP statements and leading the accounting team. Mark started their career as a Lead Operations Engineer at ASML (formerly SVG Lithography Systems), managing engineering teams and successfully launching product lines. Prior to that, they worked as a Manufacturing Management Assistant at GENERAL MILLS, INC, where they implemented a cereal grinding system and supervised production.

Mark Hicken completed their education with a High School Diploma at Hunterdon Central High School in 1989. Mark then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering at Cornell University from 1989 to 1994. Later, from 1998 to 2000, they attended UCLA Anderson School of Management where they earned an MBA degree with a focus on Entrepreneurship.
