TK Tech Venture is a service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) providing PMP-certified technical program management, AI/ML strategy, cybersecurity governance, and full-stack software development for federal missions.

Founded by Timothy Carrender, CW3 USA (Ret. 2026), TK Tech Venture brings 20 years of U.S. Army Signal Corps and G6 program execution to the contractor side of the table. Timothy holds a PMP, CompTIA Security+, and an MS in Information Technology — and has been a working developer since the 1990s.

What sets TK Tech Venture apart: the principal can read the code, review the architecture, and push back on a contractor's design choices with engineering substance. He has personally shipped six production applications — including Ask Chief, an iOS conversational AI adopted by 3,000+ soldiers, and ComStat, a NetOps platform used at the battalion level — both built on his own time, proving the rarest combination in federal PM: someone who runs the program and writes the code.

Core capabilities include technical project & program management, AI/ML and agentic strategy (RAG, LangChain, LangGraph), NIST RMF/ATO and Zero Trust cybersecurity, full-stack development (Next.js, Go, Python), AWS/Azure GovCloud architecture, and GenAI workforce training.

Primary NAICS: 541512 — Computer Systems Design Services.

Currently accepting prime and sub opportunities for FY26/27. Available for sub-contracting on full-and-open vehicles now, with set-aside pursuit post-SDVOSB certification.
