James

James Ma is an experienced System Specialist at T&L Group Ltd. since February 2013, with a strong background in server maintenance for Windows operating systems and virtualization using VMware vSphere. Responsibilities include configuring and installing various firewall systems, troubleshooting both desktop and server environments, and providing remote support to clients. Prior to this role, James served as a Systems Technologist at MSKCC from June 2007 to May 2012, further developing technical skills in system administration and support.
