Integrating women from the ultra-Orthodox sector into employment has always been a great ideal, and no less so, the establishment and development of jobs in the periphery. Shlomo Teitel and Yitzchak Cohen, real estate professionals, took these two challenges and with an open heart, turned them into a grand vision: creating an employment greenhouse tailored for ultra-Orthodox women and mothers in the periphery. A greenhouse that would allow them to advance their professional careers, grow and develop in a permanent and stable workplace.
