Raquel Silva is an experienced professional with a diverse background spanning quality analysis, customer service, and biological research. Currently serving as an Associate Quality Analyst at Tlantic since September 2021, Raquel specializes in mobile app testing and certification, employing exploratory manual and black box testing methodologies within an Agile Scrum framework and utilizing Jira for issue reporting. Prior experience includes a five-year tenure at Radio Popular, where Raquel managed customer support and administrative tasks while applying SAP and Excel skills. Raquel's scientific foundation includes roles as a Research Biologist and laboratory technician at Universidade de Aveiro, focusing on DNA analysis and biological culture maintenance, and as an Animal Behavior Researcher, contributing to the study of Tawny Owl behaviors.
