TLB Supports is a behavioral health organization dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based services that center the dignity and individuality of every client. Founded by Cody Jacobs, BCBA, our mission is to make high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and supportive care accessible to children, families, and schools throughout Los Angeles County.

We specialize in school-based and in-home ABA services, partnering closely with parents, educators, and caregivers to create meaningful and lasting change. Our team believes that behavioral health care should not only address immediate needs but also foster long-term growth, independence, and empowerment.

At TLB Supports, we emphasize collaboration, transparency, and respect. Our clinicians and staff are committed to building strong, supportive relationships with families, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to thrive in environments that understand and embrace their strengths.

While ABA services are at the core of our current work, our vision extends beyond. We aim to expand into broader health and human services, creating programs that address the diverse needs of our communities. From individualized care plans to systemic advocacy, TLB Supports is driven by a commitment to equity, accessibility, and care that uplifts the whole person.
