Derick Thompson, PE, currently serves as the Director of Structural at TLC, where the focus is on enhancing design expertise and establishing a strong structural presence in Central Florida. With prior experience as Operations Manager and in various business development roles at Walter P Moore, as well as leadership in client development at Haynes Whaley Associates, Thompson possesses a diverse background in structural engineering and business analytics. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, along with a certification in Business Analytics from Wharton Online.
