Matt Chaffin

Matt Chaffin is the Chief Executive Officer of TLD, overseeing North America, Latin America, and Japan. They have led the Textron Specialized Vehicles Ground Support Equipment business as Vice President & General Manager from 2016 to 2024, and served as Vice President of Quality at Textron Aviation from 2014 to 2016. While with Beechcraft (2013–2014), they held roles including Vice President of Quality Assurance, Director of Operations, and General Manager & Business Director for Aircraft Assembly programs and Hawker 987 Business Jets. Their earlier career included roles at Delphi, Honeywell Aerospace, Eaton, and General Motors. They are pursuing an MBA at the University of Phoenix, and studied at the University of Cincinnati from 1987 to 1993.
