Bill Self

Bill Self is the Director and Founder of the Lower Falls Foundation, established in 2016 in Rochester, NY, with a mission to enhance the national presence of the Lower Falls Gorge and support local economic growth. Additionally, Bill Self serves as President of TLF Research, an organization focused on customer success and workforce engagement through evidence-based data solutions, a role held since 2001. Bill Self has contributed to the area of customer-centric business practices as an Author at Customer 3D from 2012 to November 2023. Previous experience includes serving as a Board Member of the Greater Rochester Quality Council from 2000 to 2019, and holding leadership roles with Partners in Performance Excellence. Bill Self earned a B.A. in English from William & Mary between 1969 and 1973.
