Sam Holman is a well-rounded IT professional with extensive experience in support and technical roles. They provided 1st, 2nd, and some 3rd line support as a Staging Technician and Helpdesk Analyst at Oracle from 2015 to 2016, and continued to enhance their expertise at NHS and South West Water between 2017 and 2019. Currently, Sam holds the position of Deputy Team Leader at TLM Technologies, where they leverage their strong skills in hardware, software, troubleshooting, and customer service.
