Director of Customer Service at TLP Software

Jim has been in customer service for over 30 years. His experience alongside his understanding and caring for his customers gives them the confidence and assurance not often felt in this fast-paced technical world. Currently, Jim is running a team of highly skilled technicians maintaining all aspects of customer needs. While Jim’s main directive is running customer support (otherwise known as the “Helpdesk”), Jim and his team screen calls and emails from sales agents all the way up to CEOs of companies in an effort to make their service experience as seamless and satisfying as possible.

Jim is involved in most facets of TLP – working closely with all its players both inside and outside of the company. One might say he’s a professional hat wearer! The familiarity Jim and company achieve with their customers along with the professional approach and detail towards every issue puts them in another league when it comes to customer care.
