David Thomas

David Thomas has a diverse range of work experience in the IT industry. David'smost recent position was as the Head of Software Engineering at TLScontact, where they led the development of Biometrics enrollment solutions for new contracts. As the IT Program Manager, they managed various projects involving the latest Biometrics capture solutions, software development, encryption infrastructures, and web and network technologies. Prior to that, David served as the Director of IT Operations, where they oversaw IT operations teams, infrastructure, systems, security compliance, and support. David has also held roles as the IT Infrastructure Manager at TLScontact, where they managed the development of the company's infrastructure worldwide, and as a Senior IT Engineer, leading the installation of contact centers and integrating open source technology with internal ERP systems. Before joining TLScontact, David co-founded and served as the Managing Director of tongo.asia, managing a team and handling financial aspects for two companies. David also worked as a Web Developer at chapitre.com and held positions as a JAVA Developer at Telstra Europe Ltd and an ASP.NET Developer at 6TM.

David Thomas holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and New Technologies from EPITECH - European Institute of Technology, which they obtained from 2003 to 2008. David also has a Master's degree in Computer Science with a focus on Chinese, Engineering, and Economics from Dalian Polytechnic University, which they completed in 2008. In addition to their formal education, David has obtained certifications in various subjects such as Communication Skills for Modern Management, Emotional Intelligence, Machine Learning and AI Foundations, Becoming an AI-First Product Leader, Machine Learning and AI Foundations, Advanced Java Programming, and TOGAF 9 Certified.
