Mi Zhou

Mi ZHOU is an experienced professional who currently serves as the Center Manager of Beijing at TLScontact. In this role, Mi governs main customer service centers and regional Omni channel contact centers. Prior to this, Mi worked at 中兴 as an Account Manager/Assistant of Regional Executive. Mi also has experience as a Project Manager/Operation Manager at TLScontact. Mi holds a Master's degree in International Trade and Commerce from Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC) and a Bachelor's degree in Administration from Wuhan University.
