Sofía Y. has a range of work experience in the legal and data protection fields. Sofía is currently working as a Data Privacy Lead at TLScontact since 2022. Previously, they served as a Data Protection Officer on a pro bono basis at Orden de Malta España from 2018 onwards, overseeing the implementation of GDPR. Sofía also worked at Ascendi as a Data Protection professional from October 2019 to January 2022. Prior to that, Sofía held roles as a Data Protection Legal Counsel at Abril Abogados from May 2018 to October 2019 and as a Data Protection and Privacy Counsel at Telefónica from May 2017 to May 2018. Sofía began their career at Wolters Kluwer as a Legal Editor from an unspecified date until May 2017. Before that, they were a Contracts Manager at AFA Press in 2012.
