Alison Johnson

Alison Johnson is a partner at TLT LLP, specializing in corporate knowledge since September 2015. In this role, Alison keeps lawyers and clients informed on company law developments, designs and delivers training, produces briefings on key legal issues, and implements efficient processes to minimize risk. Alison also coordinates workstreams within TLT's Knowledge Lawyer group to provide enhanced solutions for clients and colleagues. Prior to TLT, Alison served as an Associate Director at Osborne Clarke from July 2005 to September 2015, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, private equity buyouts, and corporate secretarial matters. Alison began a legal career at Womble Bond Dickinson (UK) LLP from September 2000 to July 2005 as a solicitor and trainee solicitor. Alison holds a CPE/LPC degree from The University of Law and an education from Durham University.
