Andrew Cave

Andrew Cave is a Legal Director at TLT LLP, with a focus on IT and intellectual property disputes, especially concerning troubled technology projects and IP rights in software. With a legal career beginning in 2005 at Hewitsons as a trainee solicitor, Andrew has advanced through various roles, including associate positions in both the IT and Intellectual Property team and the Commercial Dispute Resolution team at TLT, where the specialization included complex commercial disputes with technical elements. Andrew also gained experience as a solicitor on secondment at Barclays, working in Litigation, Investigations, and Enforcement within Barclays Legal EMEA. Educational qualifications include an LLB in Law from The University of Sheffield, an LLM in Law, and a Legal Practice Course from Nottingham Trent University.
