Ben Cooper is a Partner at TLT LLP, leading the economic crime team with over 20 years of experience in advising various entities on economic crime matters, including money laundering and bribery. Prior to TLT, Ben served as a Consultant at RPC and held multiple senior positions at HSBC, including Global Head of Anti-Bribery & Corruption. Ben's expertise was further developed through roles at Pricewaterhousecoopers Legal LLP, focusing on Bribery Act compliance and fraud-related litigation, as well as significant positions at the Serious Organised Crime Agency and McGrigors, where Ben specialized in tax litigation and regulatory issues.
