Catriona Frame

Catriona Frame is currently serving as a Client Engagement Manager at TLT LLP, a position held since January 2023 as part of a 12-month acting role to cover a maternity leave. Prior to this, Catriona worked as a Client Engagement Executive at Be-IT from April to December 2022 and held various roles at Sky, including Associate Expert and Customer Sales Advisor, from September 2020 to April 2022. Catriona's professional experience also includes working as a Crew Trainer at McDonald's from March 2015 to September 2020, and a Customer Service Advisor at Boots UK in late 2015. Catriona began the career in retail as a Retail Assistant and has a Bachelor's degree in History with Politics and International Relations from the University of Strathclyde, obtained in May 2019, following education at Dalziel High School.
