Jen Laley

Jen Laley (Assoc CIPD) is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade in various recruitment roles, currently serving as a Senior Recruitment Advisor at TLT LLP since February 2022. Prior to this, Jen worked for Mitchells & Butlers PLC from November 2011 to February 2022, where responsibilities included supporting over 100 hiring managers in chef recruitment and coaching on recruitment strategies. Demonstrating versatility, Jen also held leadership positions such as General Manager, successfully rebuilding a team and driving significant sales growth. In addition to recruitment, Jen is an entrepreneur with ventures like Pappa Knot, selling Macrame home décor, and NIXI TEXTILES, focusing on hand-crafted clothing. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management from ICS Learn, an MA in Textiles from the University of the Arts London, and a BA in Fashion and Textiles Design from the University of the West of England.
