Lisa Roots

Lisa Roots has a diverse background in the legal field, with significant experience as an Office Manager at TLT LLP since August 2023 and previously as a Freelance Legal Assistant for various legal practices from October 2011 to August 2023. Prior to these roles, Lisa was involved in the Stretch Programme at HTI National Leadership Centre from March 2009 to February 2011, contributing to a charity focused on enhancing employability for young people. Additionally, Lisa has a history in legal services, having worked at Howell & Co from 1998 to 2001 and at Pinsent Masons from June 1989 to March 1998. Lisa Roots holds a degree from The Open University, completed between 2009 and 2012.
