Mark Elder is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in dispute resolution and litigation. Currently serving as Partner and Head of the Birmingham Office at TLT LLP since December 2023, Mark has previously held similar leadership roles at prominent firms including Shoosmiths LLP and Irwin Mitchell LLP. Mark's career began at Pinsent Masons LLP, where Mark worked as an Associate before advancing to Senior Associate at George Green LLP. With a solid educational foundation from the University of Birmingham, Mark has consistently demonstrated expertise in managing complex commercial disputes throughout a distinguished career spanning over three decades.
