Patrick Sheehan

Patrick Sheehan is a seasoned real estate legal expert currently serving as a Real Estate Partner and Regional Training Principal at TLT LLP since December 2013. In this role, Patrick offers comprehensive legal advice on property finance, acquisitions and disposals, asset management, and property insolvency, representing a diverse clientele that includes lenders, financial institutions, and prominent real estate investors. Prior to this, Patrick gained extensive experience as a Real Estate Associate at Irwin Mitchell from September 2005 to December 2013, where responsibilities included various roles in real estate law. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Nottingham Trent University and completed the Legal Practice Course at The University of Sheffield.
