Patrick Sweeney

Patrick Sweeney is a legal professional with extensive experience in public/private partnerships and project financing. Currently serving as a Partner at TLT since May 2015, Patrick previously held the position of Senior Associate at Bevan Brittan LLP from May 2003 to May 2015, where responsibilities included leading innovative initiatives in various sectors such as energy, transport, education, and health. Additional experience includes a secondee role at BOUYGUES UK in 2005-2006, providing advice on the Barnet and Enfield street lighting project, as well as working as an Associate in the Finance and Projects Department and a Trainee Solicitor at Taylor Wessing from September 1999 to May 2003. Patrick holds a CPE and LPC from the University of Birmingham and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Politics from the University of Liverpool.
