TM Silver was founded in 2015 by brothers Tom and Michael Bannister with a clear aim: to deliver an ethical, values-led approach to technology recruitment.

We partner with clients and candidates across the technology landscape, working on the basis of respect, transparency and trust- principles that have guided the business from day one. Our focus is on building meaningful, long-term relationships rather than transactional placements, ensuring outcomes that genuinely work for everyone involved.

As a growing, founder-led recruitment business, we’re intentionally small and hands-on. This allows us to offer a highly personal service, deep market insight and a level of care that larger agencies often struggle to provide.
