Lucky Janda

Mr. Janda has been involved in a number of public companies over the last 35 years including roles as CEO, President and Director. His vast experience involved capital raises and negotiating/managing projects in public and private domain. His recent family-office focus has been development of seven family-owned residential and retail towers in downtown Vancouver, B.C. while continuing the further development of family-owned shopping centers while still engaging in strategic investment in US, EU and Canadian public companies. Mr. Janda has also been acquiring a real estate portfolio in the Sacramento, CA area over the last 10 years including agricultural, residential and commercial properties. Mr. Janda and his affiliated companies were early stage investors in TM and combined represent the second largest shareholding position.
