John Borges

John Borges is a Sr PKI Engineer at TM3 Solutions, Inc in Alexandria, VA, since November 2021, with a focus on information system security management for Amazon Web Services GovCloud enclaves. Previously, John served as a Program Manager at Applied Research Solutions and as a Lead Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton for nearly two decades. With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Technology from The University of Texas at San Antonio, earned from 1994 to 1998, John has extensive experience in managing security for Department of Defense computer applications and systems.
