Cuong Bui

Cuong Bui has extensive experience in software delivery and business solutions, currently serving as the Head of Business Solutions at TMA Solutions since December 2010. In this role, Cuong oversees a large software delivery center with over 500 engineers, focusing on the delivery of fintech software services and business scaling into new markets. Previous positions include Senior Director at Software Outsource, where leadership of a 300+ engineer delivery center was maintained, and various managerial roles, including Senior Manager and Project Manager, where Cuong developed enterprise solutions and coached teams on management strategies. Additionally, Cuong has contributed to the education sector as a PMP and PMF lecturer at FMIT Institute. Key strengths include operational transformation, risk governance, and strategic growth within the fintech domain. Cuong holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Technology in Vietnam and a Higher Diploma in Information Technology from FPT Aptech.
