William McDade

William McDade is an experienced CFO with a proven track record in public and private equity, currently leading the accounting and finance organization at a purpose-led transportation battery company. With significant achievements at companies including Interstate Batteries and Dr Pepper Snapple Group, McDade has successfully driven major business improvements through strategic initiatives, lean transformations, and organizational change. McDade previously held roles such as Chief Financial Officer for the largest custom premium pet food manufacturer and has served on the advisory board at the Naveen Jindal School of Management. With an MBA in Accounting from The University of Dallas and a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, McDade is passionate about developing leaders to foster employee-led change.
