Kathy Marks

Kathy Marks is the Owner and Managing Partner of TMA+Peritus, a digital marketing and communications agency established in 2003, which focuses on website development and a variety of marketing services for medium to large businesses. Prior to this role, Kathy Marks founded and led Peritus Design, LLC, specializing in print and web design until its merger with Thomas Marks & Associates in 2010. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director of the Wausau location for Free to Grow, managing a substance abuse prevention project funded by The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, and holding the position of National Sales Manager at Green Glass USA, where Kathy Marks facilitated the introduction of repurposed glass products to the U.S. market. Kathy Marks also served as the Director of Community Services at Lutheran Social Services of WI & Upper MI, where new programs for various community needs were developed and managed. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Management and Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
