Rob van der Drift

Rob van der Drift is an experienced engineer with a background in chemical technology and over 25 years of expertise in process and product engineering across various prominent companies. With a degree in Chemical Technology from HTS Breda, Rob began a career at Philips, where responsibilities included technology development and process engineering for magnetic products. After a stint at Yageo as a senior process and product engineer, Rob took on multiple engineering roles at TMC, focusing on new product introduction and value engineering, particularly at NTS Mechatronics and KMWE Precision. Subsequent positions included process engineering at Bakker Magnetics Renewables and Philips Handheld Diagnostics, as well as a senior process technologist role at Bosch Transmission Technology, where improvements in production processes were emphasized.
