Anna Lavanger is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in managing loan programs and financial operations. At TMC Financing since February 2021, Anna oversees the SBA Community Advantage loan program and manages all aspects of PPP loans, including origination, forgiveness, and servicing for a portfolio exceeding 1,000 loans. Anna has contributed to the training of new team members and has effectively collaborated with partners to support small businesses accessing financial assistance. Previous roles include managing microloans at TMC Community Capital and various finance and administrative positions at the Minnesota Museum of American Art. Anna holds a Master of Public Policy from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Art, and Art History from St. Lawrence University.
