Omar Salah

Omar Salah is the President and Chief Executive Officer of TMC Financing, the nation’s largest SBA 504 lender, where they lead the mission to provide affordable capital for small businesses. Previously, they served as Executive Vice President and National Director of Small Business Banking at Comerica Bank, overseeing a nationwide small business segment and driving innovative financial programs. Omar's earlier role included Managing Director and Head of Small Business Banking at MUFG Union Bank, where they managed significant deposits and loans while implementing key banking strategies. They hold a doctorate from USC, focusing on human performance improvement and organizational trust, an MBA from UC Irvine, and a bachelor’s degree from Cal State San Marcos. Active in community service, Omar serves on the board of Junior Achievement of San Diego County and contributes to various financial and educational committees.
