Joe Avery is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and engineering within the industrial automation sector. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Support Engineer at TMEIC Corporation since September 2018, Joe has held various roles at TMEIC and its predecessor, TMEIC GE, since June 2006, including Field Service Manager and Post Sales Service Engineer, focusing on commissioning and supporting electric motor drives and control systems for the material handling industry. Prior to TMEIC, Joe worked as a Business Process Specialist at Agilent Technologies, enhancing service delivery workflows, and as a Project Engineer and District Service Manager at Hewlett-Packard, overseeing field service operations for advanced electronic test systems. Joe holds a BS in Electrical Engineering Technology from Old Dominion University.
