Andy Wallace is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operational leadership, human resources, and service delivery. Currently serving as the Country Leader UK and Head of HR & Payroll at TMF Group since October 2016, Andy has held various roles, including Operational Excellence Director and Director of Client Services. Responsibilities include driving efficiency and innovation across multiple markets, enhancing client engagement, and implementing operational strategy for business growth. Prior to TMF Group, Andy worked at HCL Insurance BPO Services Ltd. as Head of Operations, overseeing service delivery and business transformation, and at Liberata as Head of Testing and Training, managing testing functions for IT upgrades.
