Anna Castañon currently serves as the Digital Learning and Training Senior Manager for Digital Client Success Management at TMF Group, focusing on the design and implementation of global learning and development strategies for both employee and client users of TMF applications. With extensive experience in quality assurance and training management roles across various companies, including Conduent, Xerox, and Affiliated Computer Systems, Anna has demonstrated expertise in creating training curricula, leading strategic training initiatives, and enhancing operational processes through Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Anna holds multiple degrees from the University of Wroclaw, including a Master's in Human Resources Management, and is certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt.
