Els De Roo

Els De Roo is currently the Accounting & Tax Director at TMF Group, where they have been since 2023, following their role as Accounting & Tax Manager from 2017 to 2022. Prior to their tenure at TMF Group, they worked at Deloitte Belgium as a Senior Accountancy Consultant and at Baker Tilly Belgium as a Senior Accountant. Els also has experience as a Senior Consultant at Clearfinance and held various accounting positions at Ernst & Young, EBP, and Imas Fiduciaire. They earned a Certified Tax Accountant designation from ITAA and a degree in Graduaat Fiscale Wetenschappen from Fiscale Hogeschool Brussel.
