Lee Grosse

Lee Grosse is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in structured finance and capital markets. Currently serving as Director of Capital Markets at TMF Group since July 2012, Grosse specializes in areas such as structured finance, private credit, loan agency administration, and M&A. Previous roles include Associate Director of Structured Finance at UBS Investment Bank and Associate at PwC, where Grosse was involved in capital market advisory services, including financial due diligence and complex accounting policy advisory. Earlier experience as a Manager at KPMG focused on taxation and audit further solidified Grosse's expertise. Grosse holds a CA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a BA in Commerce in Accounting from the University of Canberra.
